  Codes
  Our tanks are manufactured as per ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code BS853 or BS5500 or 97/23/EEC as per pressure equipment directive. Please specify while ordering.

  Our factory is close to Tuticorin port which is 3 hrs drive from our factory. Gulf countries can be reached with 7 days time. Guaranteed on time delivery.

  Design Service
  We can design your complete hot water system. We only need the fixture counts and the mode of heating. We can design a complete Hot water system based on the above parameters by using ASHRAE or BS Standards. Supply of other heating equipment like boilers and other heating systems will be supplied through our partners in respective markets thus taking full responsibilities for hot water requirement. We can also design pressure vessels based on ASME Standards and submit drawings as per ASME codes and standards.

  Materials
  Our tanks are manufactured in SA516 GR 70 Boiler quality plates in full compliance with relevant ASME or BS standard. Dished end required for our tanks are manufactured in house, thus providing a better quality and saves time.

  Custom Built Tanks
  We can manufacture tanks of any size with different connections, orientation to suit the customer requirements.

  Insulation & Cladding
  All tanks specified for insulation will be insulated either with 80 mm thick Rockwool mattress or 80 mm thick fibre glass wool mattress to protect the tank from heat loss. After insulation tanks are clad with 1mm thick M.S Sheets painted blue as standard. Other cladding materials like aluminum sheets and stainless steel can also be used. Please consult factory.
